All levels include production planning, two 10-hour days, equipment, backstage photography, usable JPEGs and a full-length runway video for each designer. One consolidated revision round and three months of delivery support are included.

Usage that follows the work.
Proposed worldwide, perpetual use for Think Fashion’s owned websites, organic social and event promotion, including future editions. Each participating designer may use their own delivered content on their owned channels. Editorial press use for coverage of the event is included. Paid advertising, broadcast, out-of-home and unrelated third-party use require separate licensing. Raised Media retains copyright.
One clear review.
One consolidated revision round across the base photo and video delivery, submitted through Think Fashion. This covers reasonable color, crop, sequencing and title corrections within the agreed brief. The April 12 cutoff covers the initial finished delivery; revision timing is agreed on receipt. Three months of file and delivery support is included, with new edits scoped separately.
Production requirements.
Reserved camera sightlines, approved backstage access, power, a secure edit station, reliable upload access and a usable house audio feed. Think Fashion coordinates venue permissions, model releases and any rights needed for supplied show music. Where a feed or music clearance is unavailable, we agree the audio treatment before production.

What we confirm together.
Budget, venue, call and wrap times, final designer and look counts, photo quantities, runway duration, delivery specifications, audio, access, revisions and licensing. The 4, 6 and 8 p.m. show blocks remain references until the NYC schedule is final.
Securing the dates.
We confirm crew availability and the final estimate once the brief and schedule are agreed. A signed agreement and the agreed booking payment secure the production. Payment milestones and any applicable taxes will be set out before booking.
